On April 25, Gia Lai Provincial Police initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and issued an order prohibiting Nguyen Le (born in 1975) and Nguyen Van Le (born in 1984, Le's younger brother), both residing in Tan Tu village, Tan An commune, Dak Po district, from leaving their place of residence for the act of intentionally causing injury.
The initial investigation determined that from November 2024, Le and Le went to work as construction workers in Kon Thup commune, Mang Yang district and worked at the Commune Cultural House.
On the afternoon of February 11, 2025, while drunk, Le fell down the stairs, causing head injuries, so Le and her son took her to Kon Thap Commune Health Station for first aid.
Here, Le was given first aid by Mr. Nguyen Hoang Quan - Station Chief and Ms. Luong Thi Thuy Tuyet (born in 1972, residing in Chuk village, Kon Thap commune, Deputy Station Chief) but did not injure her.
At this time, Le suggested stitching the wound but was rejected by Ms. Tuyet, so the two sides had a conflict and a fight.
Le and Le used their hands and feet to hit Ms. Tuyet's head, face, and chest many times, while Ms. Tuyet used her sandals to hit her back. As a result, Ms. Tuyet suffered head and face injuries, chest concussion, and had to be treated at the Provincial General Hospital and Military Hospital 211.
After the incident, the police took Ms. Tuyet for appraisal. As a result, she suffered 5% body damage.
Regarding this case, the Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police is continuing to investigate the behavior of Mr. Cao Ly Vinh Quy (born in 1972, Mrs. Tuyet's husband), due to a fight with Le and Le, which injured all three people.
