However, currently in the area opposite house number 8, alley 140/70 Dong Thien, Vinh Hung ward, despite being repeatedly reflected, the investor still intentionally constructs, blows roofs, and transports materials inside to build illegally".
Therefore, citizens request functional agencies to soon inspect, intervene and request the dismantling of the arising construction part, restoring the original state as prescribed.
Regarding this issue, Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee would like to announce the results as follows: After receiving feedback from citizens, the Ward People's Committee directed the working group on construction order management to inspect.
According to records, the investor arbitrarily tiled the corrugated iron roof over the existing old corrugated iron fence. The working group requested the investor to dismantle the arising violations. Through inspection, the investor voluntarily dismantled the violations.
