According to information from the public property website, Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company, the unit coordinating with the Economic Department of Hoang Cuong commune to organize the auction, the auctioned assets are land use rights for 11 residential land plots in Quyet Thang area (Thong Nhat area) and Dong Uan area, area 5 (Nong Giua area 2), Hoang Cuong commune.
The land plots have different areas and starting prices, suitable for housing construction needs as well as long-term investment.
In which, the lot with the lowest starting price is 712 million VND with an area of about 154m2. The remaining lots have a higher starting price depending on location and area.

The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting at the auction, with a maximum of 30 rounds, according to the up-pricing method.
Participants will compete by offering prices higher than the starting price and higher than the bargaining price of other participants.
According to the plan, people can see the actual location of the land plots in 3 working days, from June 9 to June 11.
Customers who need to conduct actual surveys can contact Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company in advance to be guided or come to see according to the planning map provided in the auction dossier.
The selling and receiving time for registration to participate in the auction takes place from 8:00 AM on June 8th to 5:00 PM on June 23rd at Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company and Hoang Cuong Commune Economic Department.
The subjects participating in the auction are individuals who are allocated land by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, and at the same time meet the conditions according to the 2024 Property Auction Law and related legal regulations.
The auction will officially start from 8 am on June 26 at the Hoang Cuong Commune Party Committee Hall (former Man Lan Commune People's Committee headquarters).
The organizers noted that participants need to be present about 30 minutes before the opening time to complete the procedures, and bring the original citizen identification card and documents proving that they have paid a deposit to verify their qualifications to participate in the auction.
