Gia Vien Ward People's Committee coordinated with Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Company Limited to organize a draw (the 17th time) to determine the re-rented apartments for 15 households approved by the city to be arranged in apartments HH1-HH2, HH3-HH4 Dong Quoc Binh.
Of which, 14 households in 48 old Dong Quoc Binh apartment buildings and 1 household in A2 Van My apartment building, Ngo Quyen ward participated in the draw. Of which, 6/15 households in group A; 2/15 households in group B; 7/15 households in group C.
Group A includes households on the first floor, with an old housing area of 28 m2 or more; households from the second - fifth floors, with an old housing area of 40 m2 or more. Group A households are arranged in the largest apartments in HH Dong Quoc Binh apartment buildings (area from 54.47 m2 to 56.4 m2).
Group B includes households on the first floor, with old housing areas from 25 m2 to less than 28 m2; households from the second to fifth floors, with old housing areas from 31 m2 to less than 40 m2. Group B households are arranged in corner apartments in HH Dong Quoc Binh apartment buildings (area from 47.49 m2 to 47.54 m2).
Group C includes households on the first floor, with an old house area of less than 25m2; households from the second to the fifth floor, with an old house area of less than 31m2. Group C households are arranged in the remaining apartments in HH Dong Quoc Binh apartment buildings (area from 47.21 m2 to 49.38 m2).
Households with meritorious services to the revolution that have been recognized by competent authorities will be given priority for drawing in groups one level higher than the group classified based on the area and location of the old housing floor (from group C to group B; from group B to group A).
