According to the People's Committee of Le Chan District, the Urban Renovation Investment Project (A place of residence combined with a Trade and Service Center) at address 150 To Hieu in lot A2 in the 1/2000 scale detailed plan of Le Chan District has a project scale of 16,179.6m2.
The project is being implemented to effectively exploit existing land funds, contribute to increasing budget revenue at all levels, promote socio-economic development, create investment capital to build works in the district, and at the same time contribute to the urban beautification of the district.
According to the approved 1/500 Detailed Planning Adjustment Project, the project includes: 1 apartment building combined with commercial services with a maximum height of 40 floors and 3 basements, in which the 3-4-storey foundation block is arranged for commercial services, the tower is arranged for apartments with about 998 apartments; 11 townhouses, maximum height of 7 floors; Technical infrastructure around the project (green trees, roads, water supply and drainage, lighting...).
The population of the project is about 2,240 people. The total cost of the project is nearly VND 2,800 billion, of which the cost of compensation and resettlement support is more than VND 415 billion. The project implementation period is 60 months from the date of the land allocation decision
Within the project implementation area, there are 3 organizations with an area of 11,864.1m2 and 51 households with an area of 3,071.9m2. As of March 31, Le Chan District has completed the inventory of 3 organizations and 50 households, only one household has not agreed. The district has also planned to enforce and clear the land in the coming time.
