On November 10, 2025, the Minister of Construction issued Circular 32/2025/TT-BXD amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD dated July 31, 2024 of the Minister of Construction detailing a number of articles of the 2023 Housing Law.
Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 1 of Circular 32/2025/TT-BXD Replace Forms No. 01, 04, 05, supplement Form No. 01a in Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD as follows:
(1) Replace Form No. 01 in Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD with Form No. 01 in the Appendix issued with Circular 32/2025/TT-BXD.
(2) Supplement Form No. 01a after Form No. 01 in Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD by Form No. 01a in the Appendix issued with Circular 32/2025/TT-BXD.
(3) Replace Form No. 04 in Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD with Form No. 04 in the Appendix issued with Circular 32/2025/TT-BXD.
(4) Replace Form No. 05 in Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD with Form No. 05 in Appendix issued with Circular 32/2025/TT-BXD.
Note: The documents specified in Forms No. 01, 01a, 02, 03, 04, 05 of Appendix I of Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD have been amended and supplemented in Circular 32/2025/TT-BXD and Circular No. 09/2025/TT-BXD dated June 3, 2025 of the Minister of Construction are valid for a period of 6 months, from the date of confirmation by the competent authority.
