On December 15, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province announced that it had approved the investment policy for the "Urban Area Road 3.2" project in Wards 10 and 11 of Vung Tau City. This project will select investors through the form of land use rights auction.
According to the approval decision, this project has a land use area of 960,878.2 m2 (excluding the area of 5,515 m2 that has not been completed for site clearance), with a 1/500 planning approved by the People's Committee of Vung Tau City.
Of which, residential land and infrastructure works are about 408,703.9 m2; tourism service land is 356,414.8 m2; green land and traffic is 195,759.5 m2. With a population of about 13,000 people; service capacity is about 11,000 people (including tourists and service).
The total construction investment capital of the project is estimated at more than 34,994.7 billion VND; not including the value of land use rights which is being calculated according to the provisions of the law on land.
The project's operation period is 50 years from the date the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province allocates/leases land. At the same time, the progress of implementing the project's operational objectives is stipulated to be 96 months (8 years) from the date of land allocation, and divided into 2 investment phases for specific items.
According to Mr. Nguyen Cong Vinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the project investment goal is to build an urban area that develops in the direction of commercialization combined with tourism and ecology associated with natural space, demonstrating the image of a smart, modern urban area, in accordance with the approved provincial planning.
The project, once completed, will include townhouses; detached and semi-detached villas; apartments, social housing; commercial and coastal service buildings... modern, fully equipped, combining high-class and unique resort tourism and entertainment services, meeting the needs of many classes of tourists coming to this area.
