The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Department of Construction regarding the settlement of petitions of some citizens of Vo Cuong ward.
The document stated that at the regular citizen reception session on July 15, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. and Mrs. Vu Van Hai, Nguyen Xuan Tai, Tran Thi Lan, Nguyen Thi Tuong Van and Dang Thi Hai; address of Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh province; reflection on the Do Nha residential area project, Phuong Lieu commune, Que Vo district (old) being behind schedule in handing over land; showing signs of violation by Dong A Consulting and Construction Company Limited.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has the following opinion: Assign the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to inspect and review the case according to regulations, respond to citizens and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before July 31, 2025.
According to the reporter's investigation, the Do Nha residential area project, Phuong Lieu commune, Que Vo district (old) is invested by Dong A Consulting and Construction Company Limited.
This project was approved by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province for investment and construction in June 2021.
The project started construction in November 2021. According to the introduction, this is a new urban area project with a scale of 7.4 hectares, including items: 300 plots of land designed with 4-storey townhouses.
The total investment for technical infrastructure is 60.5 billion VND (excluding housing construction).
Dong A Consulting and Construction Company Limited, established in 2008, is currently headquartered in Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh province. Since 2021, Dong A Consulting and Construction Company Limited has become a subsidiary of 1369 Construction Joint Stock Company - a company headquartered in Hai Phong City.
