The Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province said it had received a document from the investor on reporting and notifying the opening of the social housing project in Yen Trung commune and Thuy Hoa commune, Yen Phong district (Cat Tuong Smart City social housing).
According to regulations, before selling, leasing, or leasing out apartments, investors must provide information about social housing projects to the Department of Construction to publicly announce on the information portal, so that people know and prepare their purchase registration documents.
Accordingly, the Cat Tuong Smart City social housing project is invested by Cat Tuong Joint Stock Company.
The project has a scale of about 9.4 hectares; including 9 social housing blocks with a total of 1,040 apartments for sale and rent.
This time, the investor opened for sale 282 apartments in 3 blocks. Each block of houses will include 1 basement, 9 floors and 1 attic with parking functions, community rooms and apartments.
The selling price ranges from 15.6 - 16.3 million VND/m2, depending on the location of the corner, the regular house or the house near the elevator. The selling price does not include VAT and construction maintenance costs.
The investor's representative said that in the previous 2 sales with nearly 600 apartments, people registered to buy all in a short time.

According to the Government's assigned targets, by 2030, Bac Ninh must complete more than 65,000 social housing apartments, and in 2025 alone, more than 10,000 apartments.
