The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has decided to allow enterprises to change the purpose of using 12,688 m2 of land for mineral exploitation.
Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee allowed Becamex Construction Materials Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose from perennial land to land used for mineral activities. The State leases land with annual payments to implement a project to exploit brick and tile.
The area of land use conversion is 12,688 m2. The location of the land in Long Nguyen commune, Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province. The project implementation period is until February 7, 2032.
