Euro Company illegally constructs many projects on Thanh Hoa coast
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, recently, in the coastal area of Hoang Tien commune (Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province), there has been a situation of a series of constructions, tents, and shops for business without a license. The kiosks and stalls are solidly built with concrete and steel; many items are nearly completed and have started business operations.
It is worth mentioning that the illegal construction was discovered by the commune government, requested to stop construction and dismantle. However, up to now, the violating works still blatantly exist.

Reclaiming more than 30m2 of land in Hanoi's Old Quarter
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed and issued Decision No. 2565/QD-UBND on the revocation of houses and land with an area of the first floor (34.8m2 of land) at 20 Hang Vai (Hang Bo Ward, Hoan Kiem District) of Hanoi Trading Corporation - Joint Stock Company for management and use.
The reason for the revocation is to implement the land use plan for housing and land facilities after equitization of the parent company - Hanoi Trading Corporation, which was approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 2393/QD-UBND dated April 21, 2017.
The location, boundary, and area of the land are determined on the Current status Map at a scale of 1/200, established by Ha Thanh Consulting and Measurement Joint Stock Company, and confirmed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (formerly) on December 4, 2017.
The City People's Committee assigned the above recovered land area to the Hanoi Land Fund Development Center for management and development of a land management and use plan according to the provisions of law. 864 public land plots in Ben Tre are abandoned or encroached, while many plots of land have not been legally established, causing difficulties in management and posing a potential risk of loss of public assets.
At noon on May 22, reporters were present at plot number 826, map sheet number 11, located in Tien Thuy town (Chau Thanh district, Ben Tre province) - a plot of land with an area of 132.6m2 is currently being encroached upon and a solid porch is being built.
According to the investigation, the above land plot originated as public land managed by the People's Committee of Tien Thuy town. In addition to this case, Tien Thuy town also recorded 5 other plots of land that were also managed by the People's Committee of the town but were being illegally encroached upon by people.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Pham Manh Khang - Land - Construction civil servant of Tien Thuy Town People's Committee - admitted that public land was encroached in the area. According to Mr. Khang, in 2023, the People's Committee of Tien Thuy commune (now the People's Committee of Tien Thuy town) issued a document reporting and proposing a plan to handle public land plots to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Chau Thanh district.
