In 10 months, Khanh Hoa attracted 66 non-budgetary investment projects with a total registered investment capital of more than 458.6 trillion VND.

According to the report of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on November 1, in the first 10 months of 2025, the whole province has attracted 66 non-budgetary investment projects with a total registered investment capital of more than 458.6 trillion VND.
Of these, there are 8 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects, including projects in economic zones and industrial parks, with a total registered capital of about 82.8 million USD.
Many large-scale projects in the fields of industry, energy and urban are expected to create momentum to promote economic growth for the province.
Some typical projects include: Ca Na Industrial Park (3.875 trillion VND); Ca Na LNG Thermal Power Plant (56 trillion VND); Cam Lam New Urban Area (283.3 trillion VND); Mui Co - Bai ran Complex (4.2 trillion VND); Vung Ngan Complex (2.8 trillion VND); Dam Mon New Urban Area (25.6 trillion VND); Tu Bong New Urban Area (43 trillion VND); Dien Thanh New Urban Area (4.8 trillion VND).

Ninh Binh is about to auction 37 land lots, starting price from 633 million VND/lot
Nam Bac Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 37 plots of land for housing in the concentrated and resettlement area of Nam Lang Dong village, Truc Tuan commune, Truc Ninh district (now Co Le commune, Ninh Binh province).
The plots of land have an area of 103.7m2 to 150m2, with a total starting price of more than 31.2 billion VND. The starting price of each lot ranges from 633.6 million to 985.6 million VND. The step price is regulated to be 1 million VND. In case two or more people bid at the same price and at least one person agrees to continue bidding, the participant must bid at least one higher price step.
The starting price does not include fees and charges as prescribed. The deposit ranges from 126.72 million to 197 129.2 million VND for each dossier/plot of land, the total deposit is more than 6.25 billion VND. The fee for purchasing documents is 100,000 VND/ dossier/plot of land.
The subjects eligible to participate in the auction are individuals who are eligible for land allocation by the State with land use fees collected according to the provisions of law. Cases banned from participating in auctions under Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction 2016 (amended and supplemented in 2024) are not allowed to participate. In addition, the husband, wife or biological brother, sister or younger brother of the auction participant cannot register for the same plot of land.

Khanh Hoa - The government checked the current status of land use and recorded a tourist area named Son Dong Beach Resort, which was determined to be built on agricultural land.

On November 1, a source from Lao Dong said that the People's Committee of Dai Lanh commune had inspected a 29,861.6m2 plot of land used by an individual.
The inspection was carried out after receiving press reports that Son Dung Beach Resort had illegal tourism and construction activities on the land.
Through inspection, Dai Lanh commune authorities recorded a land use right certificate (red book) with a total area of 33,045m2, including 4,868m2 of non-agricultural production and business land and 28,177m2 of perennial land.
According to the report, the construction area on the land is 2,444.6m2, including 17 works: 7 semi-solid works (6 bungalows and 1 kitchen), 1 solid work and 9 temporary works ( accommodation shelters, warehouses...). See more...
