According to data just released by Batdongsan.com.vn, Da Nang and Quang Binh are the two most prominent provinces in terms of both interest and selling prices for main types of real estate.
By type, the interest in Central apartments has recently increased significantly. In the third quarter of 2024, the demand for Binh Dinh apartments increased by 23% compared to the first quarter, Da Nang apartments increased by 45%, Thua Thien Hue increased by 65%. In particular, Quang Binh increased the most (516%).
According to Mr. Ha Nghiem, Director of Da Nang branch of Batdongsan.com.vn, this is an important lever to promote the development of the tourism industry in general and resort real estate in particular, creating the premise for the Central region to become the leading tourist center of the country.
Mr. Ha Nghiem said that Da Nang is assessed to have a stable economic growth with an estimated GRDP of 6.47% in the first 9 months of 2024. The locality's public investment disbursement in the first 10 months reached 4,400 billion VND. In the first 9 months of 2024, Da Nang welcomed 3.2 million international visitors and 5.5 million domestic visitors. Both of these factors are expected to improve in 2024.
The pilot establishment of the Da Nang Free Trade Zone is also expected to contribute to GRDP growth and create a significant impact on tourism - the local spearhead economic sector. It will also promote the strong development of the real estate market as well as create a strong driving force for the socio-economic development of localities in the region.
