In recent years, Thai Nguyen has focused on investing heavily in the administrative infrastructure system, including key projects to serve the reform of the apparatus and improve the quality of service for the people.
Especially after the merger of administrative boundaries in early July, the need for headquarters to concentrate public agencies became more urgent, in order to reduce dispersation and increase coordination efficiency between units.

Deployed since August 2023, the inter-agencies headquarters project will be built on an area of over 38,000m2, in Van Xuan ward (before the merger, Nam Tien and Ba Hang wards, Pho Yen city).
The project has a total investment of about 400 billion VND, including an 8-storey building with auxiliary items such as parking lots, gardens, and a synchronous technical infrastructure system.
According to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper in mid-July 2025, after nearly 2 years of implementation, the project has been basically completed and put into use.
Many items have been handed over and put into use, meeting working requirements and serving local people.
Inside the building, the working space is spacious and modern. The citizen reception area is spacious, with waiting lines and signs, creating favorable conditions for people to come and do administrative procedures.
In the one-stop-shop area, people are bustling to check in and out to handle procedures. The new space is spacious, the process of receiving and processing documents is carried out quickly.
Bringing agencies to one unit helps streamline the apparatus, improving the effectiveness of coordination between specialized departments.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu (Van Xuan ward) shared that the new headquarters is very spacious, clean, and serves the people attentively.
"Now every time I go to work for paperwork, I no longer have to go around many agencies like before. Hopefully, in the coming time, the reception and processing of procedures will become faster and faster," said Ms. Thu.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Quang Toan - Chairman of Nam Tien Ward People's Committee (now Van Xuan Ward) said that the completion and putting into use of the inter-agencies headquarters is of great significance and an important highlight in urban planning.
Especially in the context of the administrative apparatus being streamlined after the merger, the project put into use will contribute to improving the efficiency of public service activities and administrative procedures for the people.
