Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan requested investors of social housing projects to be dedicated, responsible, and in the spirit of accompanying the province in implementing the projects; to focus resources, speed up progress to soon put social housing projects into use.
Social housing projects must be beautiful, ensure quality, be sustainable, and have full functions, utilities, and services... In addition, the selling, renting, and leasing prices of social housing must be appropriate and ensure the right target audience. Strictly implement the province's policy on social housing selling prices (average not exceeding 12 million VND/m2 of usable floor space).
The sale and lease of social housing apartments must be strictly managed and controlled to prevent exploitation of social housing policies.
For ongoing projects, investors must develop specific plans and schedules for each project and have a written commitment to implementation; in case of failure to ensure schedule or waste, they must resolutely handle and recover the project.

The Social Housing Project in Area 1 (Dong Da Ward, Quy Nhon City) is reviewing the overall investment plan and proposing a new, suitable implementation plan to ensure long-term safety.
The investor of the Ecohome Nhon Binh social housing project organizes the implementation of construction warranty and maintenance according to regulations; reviews the overall planning scheme, construction design of the project, and detailed design of the floor plan of each apartment to promptly adjust and supplement.
