The People's Committee of Binh Duong province announced the conclusion of Mr. Vo Van Minh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at the 96th Provincial People's Committee meeting - 10th tenure.
At the meeting, the dossier was reviewed to approve the policy and at the same time, the investor of the project to build and operate the infrastructure of Bac Tan Uyen 1 Industrial Park proposed by Thadico Binh Duong Industrial Park Development Investment Company Limited was approved.
Based on the voting results of the members of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee collectively approved the policy and approved the investor to build and operate the infrastructure of Bac Tan Uyen 1 Industrial Park as proposed.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Management Board of Binh Duong Industrial Zones to coordinate with the units to complete the dossier, advise the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee to prepare the contents of the report, consult the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, Bac Tan Uyen 1 Industrial Park (mechanical industrial park) is planned to be located in Binh My commune, Tan Lap commune, Bac Tan Uyen district and Hoi Nghia ward, Tan Uyen city.
Binh Duong province has worked with domestic investors to speed up the implementation of the Bac Tan Uyen 1 Industrial Park project.
The investor will build this mechanical industrial park to serve the automobile sector and many other sectors. The total investment capital for the project is expected to be about VND26,000 billion (equivalent to more than 1 billion USD).
The planning area is 786 hectares, with a workforce of about 32,000 people.
