Binh Duong - The Provincial People's Committee allowed the conversion of land use purposes for 10,800m2 of land for perennial crops to mineral exploitation.

The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has issued a decision allowing Binh Duong Minerals and Construction Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose with an area of 10,800m2.

The land is located at plots of land No. 1226, 1158, map sheet No. 58, Tan My commune, Bac Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province.

According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, this land was previously used for perennial crops. Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee allowed Binh Duong Minerals and Construction Joint Stock Company to convert to land use for mineral activities.

The form of land use after changing the purpose of land use is that the State leases land and collects annual land rent. The land use term is until August 28, 2029.
