The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has issued a decision allowing Van Toan Investment Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose to implement the investment project to build the Hanh Phuc Lai Thieu office commercial apartment complex.
The area for land use purpose change to implement this real estate project is 10,581 m2 at the land plot on map sheet No. 7, Lai Thieu ward, Thuan An city.
In which, the province allowed the conversion of land use purposes to urban residential land with an area of over 6,260 m2, in the form of land allocation by the State with land use fees collected.
For the area of 4,320 m2 of land that the enterprise has received the transfer, it will be managed, used and invested in accordance with the approved detailed plan of the project.
The land use period is until April 23,755. Land prices for financial obligations are implemented in accordance with the provisions of law.
