    Accordingly, the province shall change the land use purpose of 62,962 m2 from perennial crop land to non -agricultural land. In particular, land allocation with land use levies into urban residential land purposes for 32,941 m2; Land allocated without collecting land use levy for an area of ​​28,668 m2 for use for land, entertainment, public, technical and transportation areas.

    For an area of ​​320 m2 of residential land in urban areas has been transferred, the company is managed, used and invested in accordance with the plan.
