The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has decided to allow STC Corporation Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose to implement the Stown Gateway Commercial Service Area and High-rise Apartment Project. The locations of the plots of land are on map sheet No. 63, Vinh Phu ward, Thuan An city.
The land area allowed to change the purpose of use is 8,450 m2. In which, the purpose of land use from perennial crops to urban residential land with an area of 160 m2 is changed, in the form of land allocation by the State with land use fees collected.
For the area of 8,290 m2 of land that the company has received the transfer, it will be managed, used and invested in construction in accordance with the approved detailed plan of the project.
