    Binh Duong - The Provincial People's Committee has decided to allocate 1,886,042 m2 of land to the Southeast Forestry Experimental Research Center for management.

    Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province has decided to allocate land to the Southeast Forestry Experimental Research Center for management. The total land area allocated is 1,886,042 m2 in Lai Uyen town, Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province.

    Of which, 23,207 m2 is road safety corridor land and more than 14,000 m2 is power safety corridor land. The remaining area is used as special-use forest land.

    The form of land allocation is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees. Long-term use.

    Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to organize the notification to the Southeast Forestry Experimental Research Center; determine boundaries and hand over land on site; issue certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land;

    Binh Duong province requests the Southeast Forestry Experimental Research Center to fully comply with regulations on land management and use for the right purpose and boundary.
