The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has approved land prices to calculate financial obligations for the land of Hoa Phu Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
This company changed the purpose of land use to implement the Thuan An 2 High-rise Complex Housing Project in Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An City.
After changing the land use purpose, there are 16,560m2, including 2,002m2 of adjacent residential land and 14,558m2 of high-rise residential land. The land use term is stable and long-term. The form of land allocation is to collect land use fees.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province approved the average land price of 20.84 million VND/m2 for urban residential land (high-rise housing) and nearly 21 million VND/m2 for urban residential land (successful houses).
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province requests the project investor and the land valuation unit to be responsible for the data and information provided to conduct land valuation.
Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee assigned departments and the Tax Department of the XVI region to be responsible for calculating financial obligations and collecting land use fees for this project.
According to records, the real estate project borders two cities, Thu Dau Mot and Thuan An. This project will build a 39-storey apartment building, providing about 3,270 apartments and 16 townhouses.
