On July 15, 2025, the City People's Committee issued Decision 43/2025/QD-UBND on compensation for damages to aquatic animals or other animals that cannot be moved when the State reclaims land in Hanoi. Decision 43/2025/QD-UBND takes effect from July 25, 2025.
Specifically, Article 4 of Decision 43/2025/QD-UBND in 2025 decides on compensation at 100% of the value of aquatic animals or other animals that cannot be moved when the State reclaims land in Hanoi city. The value of compensated livestock is determined according to the compensation unit price issued by the competent authority.
This means that from July 25, 2025, subjects whose land is recovered will be compensated at 100% of the value of aquatic or other livestock that cannot be moved. Accordingly, the determination of animal prices will be determined according to the unit price of the competent state agency.
