According to Lao Dong's records on May 24, many households have moved assets and handed over land for the C6 underground station construction project of urban railway line No. 2 (Nam Thang Long - Tran Hung Dao section).
The demolition of works that have handed over the site within the project scope is being implemented by the construction unit.
Talking to reporters, a representative of the Tay Ho Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board said that the C6 underground station construction project has a total area of 5,954 m2 for site clearance.
The total number of households, individuals, and organizations with land located in the project is 47 cases (37 households, individuals; 7 organizations; 3 households in collective area P16A).

Implementing the direction of Tay Ho ward, the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board has synchronously implemented solutions to accelerate land acquisition and site clearance, ensuring completion according to the city's requirements.
In which, the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board considers propaganda, mobilization, and dialogue to create consensus among the people as a "guideline" in the site clearance stage.
From the efforts and high determination of leaders and experts of the Project Management Board, up to now, the site clearance of the C6 underground station project has achieved positive results.


To date, 37 cases (6 organizations, 31 households) have signed land handover minutes. The remaining 4 cases have not been handed over.
5 cases have not yet approved the plan (2 cases of villas P19, 3 cases belonging to the P16A collective area). Tay Ho Ward is expected to complete the approval before May 31.
In addition, there is also 1 case where the transformer station has not been relocated. Tay Ho Ward has issued a document requesting the Hanoi Urban Railway Management Board (the investor) to receive the site and carry out the relocation of the transformer station.
The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board will continue to propagate and mobilize the remaining cases to agree with the policy of land recovery, the goal is to complete site clearance but not to organize coercion" - said the representative of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Tay Ho ward.
This person also affirmed that in the second quarter of 2026, the Tay Ho Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board will complete site clearance for the C6 underground station project.

Regarding resettlement, households with recovered land are resettled in Nam Trung Yen (Yen Hoa ward), about 7km from their old residence.
Regarding the compensation unit price, households with recovered land adjacent to Thuy Khue street will be compensated 188 million VND/m2.
