On October 25, CapitaLand Development (CLD) Vietnam was honored as "Outstanding Real Estate Developer" for the fourth time, achieving impressive results with 11 categories at the Vietnam PropertyGuru (VPA) Real Estate Awards 2025.
This award aims to affirm the leading position of the enterprise in innovation design, sustainable development and spreading positive impacts to the community.
The prestigious victories include the Excellent Sustainable Real Estate Developer Award, Favorite Real Estate Developer Award held for the first time, and Social Impact Award, demonstrating the CLDs strong commitment to creating sustainable values for the community.
Mr. Tan Wee Hsien - General Director of Vietnam and International Labor Federation - shared that the Labor Federation is proud to be honored with 11 categories at this year's Vietnam PropertyGuru Real Estate Awards Ceremony.
In particular, the title of "Outstanding Real Estate Developer" demonstrates the extensive expertise and continuous efforts of the company's staff in creating outstanding projects.
This is also a motivation for us to continue to make more efforts, aiming to expand the housing portfolio in Vietnam to 30,000 units by 2029.
CLD maintains its commitment to shaping sustainable living spaces, creating a prosperous community, thereby affirming its position as a leading trusted real estate developer.
The victory in the "Excellent real estate developer" category in the context of a changing market once again consolidated the leading position of CLD in Vietnam.

Over the past year, the Group's projects continued to record positive feedback from the market, demonstrated through the successful handover of The Orchard - the first subdivision of the Sycamore Corporation in Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City - to homeowners.
Following that success, the following stages of Orchard Heights and Orchard Grand both reached 100% booking rates right after the exclusive launch event, clearly reflecting the trust and strong demand from customers.
In particular, Orchard Grand was awarded the title of "Outstanding high-rise apartment project (HCMC Expansion Area)" - thanks to its creative design, high-class utilities and the ability to flexibly meet the increasing needs of urban residents. All have affirmed the position of Orchard Grand as a new standard for modern and trendy lifestyle in Vietnam.
In the low-rise segment, Orchard Mansion - Sycamore's newest subdivision - won the "Excellent Housing Project" in the expanded Ho Chi Minh City area and Vietnam, thanks to the delicate combination of modern architecture and green space, opening up a dynamic yet peaceful living space for families.
In addition, The Fullton - CLD's luxury low-rise housing project - also won three major awards, including: "Excellent luxury housing project (Hanoi expansion area)", "Excellent luxury housing architectural design", and "Excellent luxury housing landscape design".
Not only possessing outstanding sophisticated architectural language and meticulously cared for landscapes, The Fullton also shows meticulousness in each line and the harmonious integration of green utilities, promising to bring future residents the privilege of a peaceful vacation in the heart of the city.
CLD continues to be honored in the category of "Outstanding Sustainable Real Estate Developer" for the fourth consecutive year, along with the "Award for Social impacts".
Taking sustainable development as the core value, CLD constantly standardizes the integration of green utilities, applies environmentally friendly construction methods, and ensures that projects achieve green construction certification.
Currently, 14 of the Group's projects in Vietnam have achieved prestigious certifications such as BCA Green Mark, EDGE, LEED and WELL.
In social aspects, CLD continues its journey to spread positive and long-term values to the community. Since 2007, with the support of the CapitaLand Hope Charity Fund, CLD has made efforts to support children's education in Vietnam through school renovation activities under the " CapitaLand Hope School" program, along with community initiatives such as "Couple of books for children" and "School nutrition".
To date, the company's team has contributed more than 26,000 volunteer hours, contributing to improving the learning environment and bringing opportunities to more than 19,000 children and adolescents nationwide.
The CLD was also honored with the " Favorite Real Estate Developer Award" category - held and voted publicly for the first time. These achievements continue to firmly consolidate CLD's leading position in the Vietnamese real estate market.
