According to Decision No. 47/2024/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province on promulgating the price frame for apartment building management and operation services in the province, the price frame for apartment building management and operation services is stipulated as follows:
The price frame for apartment building management and operation services is determined in Vietnamese currency and calculated on each square meter of apartment usable area or other non-apartment area in the apartment building multiplied by the usable area of the apartment or other area in that apartment building (determined by net area).
The prices in the price range specified in the table above do not include costs for purchasing fire and explosion insurance, maintenance costs, vehicle parking costs, costs for using fuel, energy, domestic water, television services, communication, remuneration for the apartment building management board and other service costs for the private use of the apartment building owner and user and do not include value added tax (if any).
The management board or the unit managing and operating the apartment building belonging to public property shall base on the price frame for apartment building management and operation services prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article and the technical infrastructure conditions of the apartment building to establish the price of apartment building management and operation services belonging to public property, ensuring the basis for calculating the price of apartment building management and operation services according to regulations for each apartment building.
The proposal for price of apartment building management and operation services shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Appendix VII, Decree No. 95/2024/ND-CP dated July 24, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Housing Law.
