Not only that, about 1,000 bicycles are arranged in the premises of the building for employees to move. The road for bicycles and running is also built to make the area look like a park.
The 4-storey main building will have transparent glass walls, allowing people inside to see the outside or people outside to look into the gardens in the house. More than 3,000 curved glass panels will be used.

According to an architect participating in the project, when asked about the wood for wall construction, the late CEO not only simply said "I like oak" or "I like maple" but also allegitiously requested that the wood must be "cut in winter, corner 3/4, preferably in January, to have the least amount of plastic and sugar".
