One World Shopping Center (New York, USA) - 3.9 billion USD
Built to replace the twin towers that collapsed in the horror terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, the One World shopping mall has surprised the whole world with its architecture and construction cost of up to 3.9 billion USD. The tower is located adjacent to the old twin towers.
Built in 2014, the One World shopping mall is currently the tallest tower in the US, and it will likely continue to hold this position for a long time. Because the height of 1776 feet (equivalent to 541.32m) of the tower still has the symbolic meaning of 1776, the year the United States became an independent nation.

Emirates Palace is a luxury, luxury hotel located in the capital Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates. The hotel is owned by the Abu Dhabi government and operated by Kempinski.
The hotel consists of 394 rooms, extending to the central building and its 2 wings, the entire project is extended to 1km (from one wing to the other of the building). Notably, the top of the building consists of 114 dome covered with gold and marble, the central dome is up to 72m above ground.
Apple Park (Cupertino, USA) - 5 billion USD
Built in 2017, Apple Park is the new headquarters of the famous Apple Group. The project is built in a circular shape, seen from above looks like an attack by aliens.
The project has a diameter of up to 1522 feet (equivalent to 464m), the largest area of the Pentagon. The project consists of 4 parts, with a floor area of up to 2,800,000 square feet (equivalent to 260,000 m2), and can accommodate up to 12,000 people. In the main middle of the project is a large yard with an artificial pond and many trees planted.
Apple Park was built based on the idea of the late CEO Steve Jobs, designed by Jony Ive, Apple's design director and British architect Norman Foster. This new Apple dormitory is not far from the old dormitory.
