At the same time, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has recorded a lot of information on social networking platforms about the sale of real estate with images in the above project. The People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province confirmed that this information is incorrect.
According to Mr. Nguyen Cong Vinh - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, as of March 17, the above land is still being implemented according to regulations to implement the auction. Therefore, all information about real estate sales in this area is incorrect, because there is currently no investor who has won the auction of land use rights for this land.
Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee has issued an urgent document to the Provincial Police to grasp the situation and promptly handle acts of posting inaccurate information affecting the real estate market and land use rights auctions in the locality.
At the same time, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is required to coordinate with competent agencies and organize auctions in accordance with regulations, ensuring publicity and transparency associated with negative prevention, limiting the situation of subjects taking advantage for profit, inflating prices, and disrupting the real estate market.
Previously, in August 2024, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province approved the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 for the 3/2 Urban Area in Vung Tau City.
In December 2024, the Provincial People's Committee continued to issue a decision approving the investment policy of the above project, selecting an investor in the form of auctioning land use rights.
The project has a land use area of 960,878.2 m2 (excluding the area of 5,515 m2 that has not been cleared). Of which, residential land and infrastructure works are about 408,703.9 m2; tourism service land is 356,414.8 m2; green land and traffic land is 195,759.5 m2. With a population of about 13,000 people; service capacity of about 11,000 people.
The total construction investment capital of the project is estimated at more than VND 34,994.7 billion; excluding the value of land use rights being calculated according to the provisions of the law on land.
