According to many customers, apartment projects are located on the main roads of Binh Duong, conveniently connecting to Ho Chi Minh City. Notably, apartments in Binh Duong have affordable prices, so they have received the attention of people in Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Mai Van Tin (32 years old, living in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) said that he is returning to Binh Duong to buy an apartment for about 1.7 billion VND. "I am looking to buy an apartment in Di An city, Binh Duong. Here, I can conveniently move to Ho Chi Minh City to work. I find the price of about 1.7 billion VND/apartment affordable" - Mr. Tin shared.
Ms. Le Thi Nhung (30 years old, working in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) also said that she has just bought an apartment for 1.5 billion VND in Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An City. "My wife and I bought a 51 m2 apartment. The fully renovated apartment costs 1.5 billion VND. With this amount of money, the couple chose to stay in Binh Duong to reduce costs" - Ms. Nhung shared.
