In recent years, dozens of apartment projects have been implemented in Binh Duong. The projects are all concentrated in Thuan An and Di An cities, bordering Ho Chi Minh City.

About 1 km away is The Rivana project right on the frontage of National Highway 13 in Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An City. The project will build 3 towers of 28 floors, with a total of 1,023 apartments with an area of 51 m2 - 103 m2.

The section through VSIP Industrial Park also has a series of apartment buildings built. Notable among them are the apartment buildings built by Le Phong Group and VSIP Development Company Limited - Sembcorp Gateway. In this area, there is an average of 1 apartment project per 1 km along National Highway 13.

Notably, Bcons Group alone has nearly 10 apartment projects that have been completed, handing over houses and pink books to residents. Currently, this group is building many buildings along Thong Nhat Street and near the industrial park in Di An.

Apartments priced at 1.5 - 1.7 billion VND attract customers from Ho Chi Minh City

According to records, apartments in Binh Duong have an average price of 30-40 million VND/m2, each apartment of 40 m2 or more has a price of about 1.5-2 billion VND. When the apartment project was launched, there were many customers looking to buy, especially projects with complete and clear legal documents.

On Thong Nhat Street, Dong Hoa Ward, Di An City, a series of apartment buildings are being built. There are projects that can hand over houses by the end of 2025. The apartments are designed modernly, optimizing functionality. A 1-bedroom apartment (area of 40 m2) costs from 1.6 billion VND and a 2-bedroom apartment (area of 50 m2) costs about 2 billion VND (excluding VAT).

According to many customers, apartment projects are located on the main roads of Binh Duong, conveniently connecting to Ho Chi Minh City. Notably, apartments in Binh Duong have affordable prices, so they have received the attention of people in Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Mai Van Tin (32 years old, living in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) said that he is returning to Binh Duong to buy an apartment for about 1.7 billion VND. "I am looking to buy an apartment in Di An city, Binh Duong. Here, I can conveniently move to Ho Chi Minh City to work. I find the price of about 1.7 billion VND/apartment affordable" - Mr. Tin shared.

Ms. Le Thi Nhung (30 years old, working in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) also said that she has just bought an apartment for 1.5 billion VND in Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An City. "My wife and I bought a 51 m2 apartment. The fully renovated apartment costs 1.5 billion VND. With this amount of money, the couple chose to stay in Binh Duong to reduce costs" - Ms. Nhung shared.
