On June 9, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center issued a list of short-term land fund leases including a total of 83 land plots. These land plots are divided into two main groups: 43 large land plots: concentrated in large urban areas of An Hai, Son Tra, Hoa Xuan, Cam Le, Hoa Khanh, Lien Chieu, Thanh Khe, Hai Chau wards... 40 resettlement land plots: scattered in residential areas, resettlement areas in Son Tra, Cam Le, Ngu Hanh Son, Lien Chieu, Hai Chau wards...

These land plots are currently managed by the City Land Fund Development Center and are included in the short-term lease plan while waiting for the implementation of official projects according to the plan.

Depending on the location, area and nature of each land plot, short-term lease plans are built with diverse terms and purposes of use, closely following the actual needs of people and businesses. Many large land plots with prime locations in the Financial, Commercial, and Service Center complex (An Hai ward) are proposed for lease as traffic works land (parking lots, car garages combined with car care services) with a term of 12 months.

Land plots in Nam Cau Cam Le Residential Area, An Hoa Residential Area, Man Thai Residential Area... are oriented for lease to build football fields, tennis courts, badminton courts or pickleball courts to serve the health training needs of the community, with a lease term of 36 to 60 months.

Many other vacant land areas are proposed for lease to serve types of food and beverage services, ornamental creature displays or other commercial and service activities with a lease term of 36 to 60 months.

According to the announced roadmap, the expected time to organize the implementation of leasing these land plots starts from Quarter II/2026.

Currently, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center is coordinating with relevant agencies and units to carry out steps to determine and approve the starting unit price for lease, and at the same time develop a plan to organize the selection of land tenants publicly and transparently in accordance with the law.
