The plots of land auctioned in Ha Dong district have an area of 48 - 72m2 in the Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (Area B), Chua Sau area and Duoc area in three wards including Phu Luong, Yen Nghia and Duong Noi, with starting prices of 22.8 - 32.2 million VND/m2; the deposit for each plot ranges from over 200 - 400 million VND.
According to the plan, the auction will be conducted in the form of direct voting in many rounds and through at least 5 - 11 mandatory rounds.
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. at the Hanoi City Cultural Center Hall (No. 7 Phung Hung, Van Quan Ward, Ha Dong District).
Speaking to Lao Dong before the auction, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thien (Ha Dong, Hanoi) said that she registered to bid for 4 plots of land in today's auction with the desire to own a plot of land for her real housing needs. When bidding, she pays attention to factors such as location and infrastructure conditions to put down money. If the value of the land is pushed too high compared to the market value, she will accept giving up the land.
Mr. Nguyen Van Chien (Ung Hoa, Hanoi) said that recently, many land auctions in Hanoi such as Quoc Oai and Phuc Tho have returned to market value and the market has been relatively stable, no longer like the "feverish" price period 2 months ago.
"I predict that today's price will be equal to the market price and there won't be many fluctuations," said Mr. Chien.
Previously, on October 13, the auction of land use rights for 54 plots of land in Son Trung village, Yen Son commune, Quoc Oai district (Hanoi) attracted 296 customers, with more than 1,000 participating applications.
The plots of land put up for auction range in area from 92.5 to 113.9 square meters. The total area of the 54 plots of land put up for auction is 5,160.6 square meters. The starting price of the first round was VND12.48 million/square meter. The auction ended at 1:30 a.m. on October 14, with the highest winning price being VND54,480,000/square meter, about 30% higher than the market price.
This is considered a reasonable price for a beautiful plot of land. The plot with the lowest price is 44,480,000 VND/m2, approaching the market price. This result also shows that there is no longer a situation of "paying high prices, creating virtual fever" through land auctions.
On October 11, in the auction of 27 lots in Phuc Tho district, the land lot with the highest winning price was 25.8 million VND/m2, only 30% higher than the starting price, not many times higher than in previous auctions.
Recently, the Hanoi People's Committee has requested the City Police to consider professional measures to promptly detect violations of land auctions, and guide the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to take measures to prevent violations of auction regulations from continuing to participate in auctions.
In addition, the police force needs to propose solutions to prevent and limit continued participation in auctions for those who have participated in auctions, paid unusually high prices to win auctions but did not pay the auction winning money as prescribed.
