The auction was organized by the Soc Son District Land Fund Development Center in coordination with National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5.
The plots of land have an area of 89 - 200m2, with a starting price of 17,457,000 VND/m2. The step price is 2 million VND/m2, the deposit for each plot of land is 311 - 698 million VND/plot of land. The auction is a one-round direct vote at the auction using the method of bidding up.
As a result, the plot of land with the highest winning bid was 93.4 million VND/m2; the lowest was 63.4 million VND/m2 (more than 5.3 times higher than the starting price). The price is considered high compared to the general level in the area.
Previously, on March 8, Thanh Xuan Joint Stock Auction Company successfully re-auctioned the right to use 36 plots of land in Dong Lai village, Quang Tien commune, Soc Son district.
These are 36 plots of land that have been unsuccessfully auctioned due to the subjects destroying the auction when paying 30 billion VND/m2 on November 29, 2024.
At the end of the auction, all 36 plots of land were successfully auctioned. Lot A17 with the highest winning price was up to 48.9 million VND/m2, equivalent to a total value of more than 4.4 billion VND. The plot of land with the lowest winning price was 29.9 million VND/m2, with a total value of more than 5.3 billion VND. According to many auction participants, this winning price is quite high compared to the regional market.
It is expected that on March 29, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company will organize an auction of the right to use 33 plots of land in Thach Loi village, Thanh Xuan commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi city.
The total area of the plots is 3,680m2, the plots of land range in area from 108.6 - 121.4m2. The starting price is 10,673,000 VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round according to the method of bidding up. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on March 29 at Soc Son District Gymnasium.
