Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 26 plots of land allocated by the State with land use fees collected in Van Thang commune, Ninh Binh province.
The total auction area is 3,243m2, with lots ranging from 93 - 163.8m2. The starting price ranges from 4.3 - 13 million VND/m2, equivalent to 603 million VND to more than 1.2 billion VND/plot. The total starting price for all plots of land is 21.56 billion VND.
The price step applied to all plots of land is 100,000 VND/m2, this is the basis for determining the valid price when the participant bids.
The auction documents will be sold and received from November 4 to November 17, 2025 during office hours at the headquarters of Xuan Truong Auction Joint Stock Company (Xuan Truong commune, Ninh Binh province) and the People's Committee of Van Thang commune (headquarters of the People's Committee of the old Yen Tien commune). The sale and receipt of documents are carried out on both Saturday and Sunday. People can submit their application directly at one of the above two locations.
The auction will be held at 7:30 a.m. on November 20, 2025 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Van Thang Commune, Ninh Binh Province (School of the People's Committee of Yen Tien Commune, district of Y Yen, old Nam Dinh Province).
The auction is a round of direct voting, the method of bidding up. The winning price is the price higher than the starting price by at least one price step, calculated according to the unit price per m2 of land multiplied by the area of each winning lot.
