These are 36 plots of land that have been unsuccessfully auctioned due to the subjects destroying the auction when paying 30 billion VND/m2 on November 29, 2024.
Today's auction was organized with only one round of bidding. At this auction, there were 212 customers and more than 550 dossiers participating in the auction.
At the end of the auction, all 36 plots of land were successfully auctioned. Lot A17 with the highest winning price was up to 48.9 million VND/m2, equivalent to a total value of more than 4.4 billion VND. The plot of land with the lowest winning price was 29.9 million VND/m2, with a total value of more than 5.3 billion VND. According to many auction participants, this winning price is quite high compared to the regional market.
It is expected that on March 19, Soc Son district will continue to auction 23 plots of land in Duoc Thuong village, Tien Duoc commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi city. The plots of land have an area of 89 - 200m2, with a starting price of 17,457,000 VND/m2. The step price is 2 million VND/m2, the deposit for each plot of land is 311 - 698 million VND/plot of land.
The auction is a one-round direct vote at the auction using the method of bidding up.
