Dien Bien province is preparing to organize a land use right auction to select investors to implement the Him Lam New Urban Area Project, east of 60m road (7/5 road), with a starting price of more than 261 billion VND.
According to the announcement of Dien Bien Joint Venture Auction Company, the project is located in zone A, Dien Bien Phu ward, with a total area of more than 189,317m2.
Including adjacent residential land, land for social housing development, public land, kindergartens and technical infrastructure, transportation, green trees and parking lots.
The starting price of the auctioned land area is determined to be more than 261.36 billion VND. The deposit for investors participating in the auction is more than 52.27 billion VND.
According to the approved plan, the State allocates land with land use fees for adjacent residential land; leases land with one-time payment for the entire 50-year lease term for parking lots.
Public items such as cultural houses, kindergartens, green trees, and traffic will be handed over to local management after completion.
For adjacent residential land, land users are allowed to use it stably and long-term according to regulations.
The auction form is carried out by indirect voting according to the upward bidding method. The organization of the auction aims to select investors who meet the conditions according to the provisions of law on land and asset auctions.
According to the plan, the field view of the land area takes place from June 2 to June 5. Investors can buy and submit applications to participate in the auction from May 25 to the end of June 8 at the Dien Bien Provincial Land Fund Development Center or Dien Bien Partnership Auction Company.
The price announcement session is expected to be held on the morning of June 24 at the Hall of the Dien Bien Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
The Him Lam New Urban Area project is expected to contribute to completing urban infrastructure, increasing housing funds and attracting investment into Dien Bien province in the coming time.
