According to information from the representative of Thanh Oai District Land Fund Development Center, after 11 rounds, the auction of 23 land lots in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, in Van Quan village, Do Dong commune has ended.
Accordingly, the lot with the highest winning bid is 75.3 million VND/m2 (code number 152, area 114.7m2) - equivalent to more than 8.6 billion VND/lot, more than 14 times the starting price. The lot with the lowest winning bid is 55.3 million VND/m2, more than 10 times the starting price.
This auction recorded 10/23 successful bids. The remaining 13 bids were eliminated due to violations of auction rules.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh (Thanh Oai, Hanoi) said that today, he participated in the auction of 4 land lots, but had to return empty-handed.
"The price in today's auction was pushed up far beyond the normal value," said Mr. Manh.
Many real estate brokers commented that the price level of land lots in this auction is still high. Accordingly, the land price here for lots with good locations can reach over 40 million VND/m2. However, the current level of 55 - 75 million VND/m2 is still higher than the market price.
According to records, right after the auction, the sale of land lots at higher prices was still going on vigorously.
Ms. Nguyen Thuan (Thanh Oai, Hanoi) said that she won the auction for 5 plots of land today. The price differences she offered were commonly from 150-300 million VND/plot.
Ms. Hoa (Hanoi) said that she won the auction for 3 plots of land today. The price differences she offered were commonly from 250-300 million VND/plot.
The 23 plots of land auctioned today are located in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, with symbols from 140 to 162, and areas from 93.31m2 to 117m2.
The starting price of 23 plots of land is 5 million VND/m2; the deposit corresponding to the starting price of each plot of land ranges from about 466 million VND to more than 585 million VND, depending on the area of each plot of land.
The auction took place at the Thanh Oai District People's Committee Hall. Regarding the auction format, the land plots will be auctioned by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and at least through 6 mandatory auction rounds, with a price step of 5 million VND.
