According to the announcement, the auctioned assets include all rights and benefits enjoyed such as land use rights, development rights, project exploitation rights and other rights from the Con Sup Eco-tourism Project.
The owner is Conep Eco-tourism Company Limited, based on Decision No. 91/QD-UBND dated January 10, 2021 on approving the adjustment of the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 and Investment Registration Certificate No. 5401532757 issued on July 18, 2022 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Nam province.
The starting price for this auction is more than VND 3,581 billion. The deposit is more than 179 billion VND (equivalent to 5% of the starting price), with a step price of 500 million VND. The fee for purchasing documents to participate in the auction is 1 million VND/ dossier.
The time for selling and receiving documents is from September 10 to 5:00 p.m. on September 25, 2025 at the headquarters of Cao Nguyen Joint Stock Auction Company (Ho Chi Minh City) and the representative office in Da Nang. Participants submit the application directly or transfer money, the deposit payment time is from September 23 to 5:00 p.m. on September 25.
The auction will take place at 2:00 p.m. on September 26, 2025, organized in person, by the method of bidding up, at the Office of Cao Nguyen Joint Stock Auction Company.
The Con Sup eco-tourism project is located in Hoi An ward, Da Nang city (formerly Cam Nam ward, Hoi An city, Quang Nam). In 2010, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province (old) leased land to Hoi An Corn Islet Eco-tourism Company Limited to implement the project.
In April 2021, the Con Sup project started construction, with the commercial name Hoian d'Or, with a total investment of about VND 3,959 billion. The items include 52 villas, 300 condotel, 202 shophouses, 5-star hotel with 272 rooms, boutique hotel with 193 rooms.
By September 2022, phase 1 with 202 shophouses was completed and handed over to customers. However, phase 2 of the Con Bat project has fallen into a state of stagnation and prolonged progress delay.
