On November 2, Ecolives Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (Ecolives Company) sent a document to Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee with a proposal to study and invest in a project in Ward 8 (Da Lat City).
The proposed investment research area is located in the Northeast of Da Lat city center, with a scale of more than 86 hectares.
The proposed research area is about 2km from Xuan Huong Lake. The North and East borders Vong Lam Vien Street, the Coniferous Forest Resort Project area; the West borders the residential area of Nguyen Tu Luc - Tran Dai Nghia Street; the South borders the Army Academy and the residential area of Vong Lam Vien Street.
According to Ecolives Company, the project investment research objective is to develop a new urban area of Da Lat city with a synchronous and modern technical and social infrastructure system with ecological residential areas suitable for the natural landscape and in harmony with the surrounding area.
The urban area has facilities and services such as: Comprehensive education system from nurseries, kindergartens, inter-level schools, international universities; commercial centers; medical centers, hospitals; entertainment areas serving the community...
Ecolives Company also aims to make the project a new scenic destination in Da Lat, attracting tourists.
Ecolives Company commits to using the financial and human resources of the enterprise to research and propose project implementation to contribute to the development of Lam Dong province; comply with the provisions of law.
Regarding the proposal to study and invest in the project of Ecolives Company, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has sent a document to the company and relevant units and agencies.
Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said that the location that Ecolives Company proposed to study is being organized by Da Lat City People's Committee to establish, appraise and submit for approval of the zoning plan.
After the zoning plan is approved, if Ecolives Company continues to be interested, it will implement the project proposal in accordance with the provisions of law.
Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Planning and Investment and relevant agencies to provide information to Ecolives Company after the zoning plan is approved.
