Land valuation of Hoa Lien Industrial Park
On April 16, the Department of Agriculture and Environment (NNMT) in Da Nang said that it had issued a notice of invitations to the competent consulting units to participate in the land valuation process at Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City. The bidding package focuses on determining the land value at the time the City People's Committee approves the decision on land allocation or lease of land.
The bidding package is worth more than VND 127 million (including VAT), but this figure may be reduced if there is a change in economic and technical norms. The capital for the bidding package is taken from the Natural Resources Budget. The form of contractor selection is a shortened contractor, with the implementation time of 20 days from the date of signing the contract, in the form of a package contract.
However, according to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, if the People's Committee of Da Nang does not approve the decision to allocate land/lease land, this unit will cancel the contract with the winning unit.
Recovery of Hoa Cam Industrial Park project
The People's Committee of Da Nang City issued a decision to revoke and cancel Decision No. 1802/QD -UBND dated 4.4.2017 of Da Nang People's Committee on approving the investment policy of Hoa Cam Industrial Park Project (phase 1) - an extension of 13.1ha in late March.
The reason for the recovery is due to the initial decision that has not met the authority and errors in the order and procedures for adjusting the project in accordance with the law, not in accordance with the overall planning of the city's industrial park development and has not guaranteed the project operating term of the project.
Therefore, Hoa Cam Industrial Zone Investment Joint Stock Company must submit the original Decision 1802/QD-UBND and complete the relevant legal procedures. The People's Committee of Da Nang also assigned the Department of Finance, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Construction, the Management Board of the High -Tech Park and the Industrial Zones and the relevant agencies to implement the necessary tasks after recovery, ensuring compliance with the law.
