Dong Nai has 21 golden lands worth more than 42,000 billion VND that have not been auctioned yet

On December 5, information from the Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center said that it is continuing to carry out related procedures to ensure sufficient conditions to organize auctions of land use rights for 21 prime land plots to raise capital for infrastructure investment.

Previously, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving 6 projects to exploit land funds in the vicinity of traffic projects in the province.

A total of 21 land plots adjacent to 9 traffic routes are included in the project, to create capital for developing road traffic infrastructure.

Rubber land areas with an area of ​​over 930 hectares are assigned to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to carry out the recovery and compensation work; the remaining land is managed and used by individual households and assigned to the People's Committees of districts and cities where the traffic project passes through to carry out the recovery and compensation.

According to the plan, after completing the recovery and compensation work, these lands will be auctioned in the period 2022-2027.

The total expected revenue is about 42,800 billion VND. After deducting the costs of compensation, support, resettlement and investment in transport infrastructure, the remaining amount is 34,400 billion VND.
