On November 12, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc worked on the progress of Long Duc 3, Bau Can - Tan Hiep, Xuan Que - Song Nhan industrial parks and requested relevant units to coordinate to completely handle the problems, hand over the site on schedule to start construction of these industrial parks on December 19.
According to the leaders of Dong Nai province, the above industrial park projects were implemented early and started on schedule, not only contributing to the implementation of the goal of sustainable industrial development of Dong Nai province, but also affirming their pioneering role in attracting strategic investors, expanding the global supply chain network and creating sustainable development momentum for the entire key economic region in the South.
Up to now, 100% of the land area in these industrial parks has been counted. Localities are speeding up the progress of issuing decisions approving compensation and support plans and decisions on land recovery; in which Long Duc 3 Industrial Park has been completed.
For important connecting traffic routes such as Vu Hong Pho Street (Long Duc 3 Industrial Park), DT770B (Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park) and Thua Duc - Long Khanh route (Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park), the procedures for approving the feasibility study report, compensation for site clearance and design have not been completed, ensuring the start of construction in sync with the industrial parks.
Therefore, the investors of the industrial parks requested Dong Nai Rubber Corporation to coordinate and support the temporary handover of the site (about 1ha for Long Duc Industrial Park 3; 2ha for Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park and 2ha for Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park) before November 15, 2025 to prepare for the groundbreaking ceremony.
On October 9, 2025, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc chaired a working session with departments, branches, localities and investors related to compensation and site clearance for 3 industrial parks including: Long Duc 3, Bau Can - Tan Hiep (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan (phase 1). Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc requested relevant units to be more active in site clearance, ensuring sufficient conditions to start construction of 3 industrial parks on December 19, 2025.
