Capital mobilized for Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project is over 61,000 billion VND
On December 8, Bien Hoa City People's Committee approved the land acquisition plan to implement the Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project in Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City. The Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project will have 1,692 households and individuals/3,079 plots of land acquired.
Previously, on September 16, 2024, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee decided to approve the investor of Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project, in Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City.
Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee approved a consortium of 5 investors including: Lan Anh - Phu Quoc Company Limited; Sun Group Joint Stock Company, Ha Long Sun Company Limited, Sun Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company and Phu Quoc Beautiful Sea Investment Company Limited as investors to implement the Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project.
The project's investment capital is more than 72,000 billion VND, including total construction investment and site clearance costs to support resettlement.
Of which, investor's contributed capital is nearly 11,000 billion VND and mobilized capital is more than 61,000 billion VND.
Lan Anh - Phu Quoc Company Limited contributed more than VND 3,253 billion (30%), Sun Group Joint Stock Company contributed more than VND 2,493 billion (23%), Ha Long Sun Company Limited contributed more than VND 1,626 billion (15%), Sun Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company contributed more than VND 1,626 billion (15%) and Phu Quoc Beautiful Sea Investment Company Limited contributed more than VND 1,843 billion (17%).
The project is divided into 6 phases, implemented within 12 years from the date of investment policy approval (2023-2035).
Project operation period is 50 years according to Investment Law.
Previously, on March 23, 2023, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee decided to approve the investment policy and approve the list of investment projects using land for Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project to conduct project bidding according to regulations.

Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project has an area of 293 hectares, with a population of about 31,600 people. In which, commercial housing includes 2 types: low-rise housing and high-rise housing.
Low-rise housing includes townhouses and villas with a total expected area of about 345,482 m2, accounting for 11.8% of the total area of the project (not including land for regular public works, land for green trees and parks of the housing group, land for traffic of the housing group of about 295,949 m2 and resettlement housing).
High-rise housing (apartment buildings) has a total expected area of about 102,797 m2, accounting for 3.5% of the total area of the project.
Social housing has a total expected area of 20% of the total residential land area of the project (excluding resettlement housing land); for social housing subjects according to regulations, with complete infrastructure and completed houses for sale according to social housing regulations.
Priority given to building resettlement housing for people
Resettlement housing has a total planned area of about 98,441 m2, accounting for 3.4% of the total area of the project, used to serve on-site resettlement for people in the project, complete infrastructure construction to hand over to the State for management, and arrange for resettled people according to regulations.
According to Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, the project prioritizes resettlement areas to arrange resettlement for people so that the site can be handed over for project implementation soon.

Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project is planned to be built in Hiep Hoa Islet (area of nearly 700 hectares) in Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City, an area with many valuable cultural and historical relics currently preserved in Dong Nai province.
Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project is expected to become a highlight of Bien Hoa City, the central urban area of Dong Nai province.
