On January 21, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a decision to extend the land use term for Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited located at Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District with a total area of 184,941.2 m2 of land belonging to plot No. 565 and plot No. 568, cadastral map sheet 35, Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District, Dong Nai Province.
Land use purpose is industrial park land, sports shoe and garment factory.
Land use term until August 8, 2044 (according to the investment project's operating term), land lease form is the state leases land with annual payment.
For the area of 426 m2 in the traffic land planning and the area of 226 m2 in the water source protection corridor, Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited is allowed to continue using it but must maintain the current status, not invest in construction works on the land, when implementing the planning, the state will reclaim the land according to regulations.
