On November 23, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a decision regulating the rental price range for social housing, workers' accommodation and the price range for management and operation services of apartment buildings in the province.

For social housing rental prices, worker accommodation in industrial parks is determined according to each type of house.

Social housing apartments, for 7-storey apartments, the rental price ranges from 25,000 VND/m2/month - 90,000 VND/m2/month.

For apartments from 7-15 floors, the rental price ranges from 30,000 VND/m2/month - 100,000 VND/m2/month.

For apartments from 15 floors, the price ranges from 35,000 VND/m2/month - 110,000 VND/m2/month.

For individual social housing, the rental price for a 1-storey individual house ranges from 30,000 VND/m2/month - 80,000 VND/m2/month. The rental price for a 2-storey or more individual house ranges from 35,000 VND/m2/month - 90,000 VND/m2/month.

For worker accommodation in industrial parks, 7-storey apartments have rental prices from 15,000 VND/m2/month - 60,000 VND/m2/month.

Apartments from 7 to 15 floors have rental prices from 20,000 VND/m2/month - 70,000 VND/m2/month.

15-storey apartment building costs from 25,000 VND/m2/month - 80,000 VND/m2/month.

Social housing rental prices include housing maintenance costs and value added tax, but do not include management and operation costs.

Investors in social housing projects, workers' accommodation in industrial parks, and individuals who invest in the construction of social housing themselves shall negotiate rental prices with social housing tenants within the price range prescribed in this regulation.

For the price range of apartment building management and operation services, apartment buildings using elevators range from 5,000 VND/m2/month - 15,000 VND/m2/month.

Apartments without elevators cost from 3,000 VND/m2/month - 6,000 VND/m2/month.
