The lowest price is currently over 130 million VND/m2. The most valuable plot of land is in the Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Phu Luong ward (Ha Dong, Hanoi) coded 1A-03 with a price of 262 million VND/m2 with an area of ​​57.5m2, equivalent to over 15 billion VND/plot.

Talking to Lao Dong, Mr. Tung - a participant in the auction said that most of the land lots that won the auction today had prices close to the market price. However, there was a special land lot with a price of 262 million VND/m2, possibly because local people participated in the auction and wanted to own this land lot so they were willing to pay a high price.

On October 19, Ha Dong district organized an auction of 27 plots of land. The plots of land auctioned in Ha Dong district have an area of ​​48 - 72 square meters in the Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (Area B), Chua Sau area and Duoc area in three wards including Phu Luong, Yen Nghia and Duong Noi, with a starting price of 22.8 - 32.2 million VND/m2; the deposit for each plot ranges from over 200 - 400 million VND.

According to the plan, the auction will be conducted in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds and at least through 5 - 11 mandatory rounds. The common price step applied to land plots and in the auction rounds is 10 million VND/m2.
