According to the Ha Nam Provincial Electronic Information Portal on October 1, the People's Committee of Ha Nam Province has just issued Decision 1325/QD-UBND on land allocation to the Investment and Construction Management Board of Duy Tien Town to implement the Investment Project to build a new secondary school in Bach Thuong Ward.
This project aims to serve the children of workers working in industrial parks in the area.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Ha Nam province will hand over 5,015 m2 of land in Bach Thuong ward (Duy Tien town) to the Duy Tien town Investment and Construction Project Management Board, to be used for the purpose of implementing the investment project to build a new secondary school in Bach Thuong ward according to the provisions of law and the approved investment project.
The land use term for project implementation will follow the project implementation period approved by Duy Tien Town People's Committee in Decision No. 5239/QD-UBND dated December 30, 2023.
The location, boundary, and land allocation area are determined according to the Land Survey and Correction Sheet No. 135/DDCL, scale 1/1,000, established by the Northern Trade and Geodesy Joint Stock Company on November 15, 2023, and inspected and confirmed by the Planning, Registration and Mapping Department of the Ha Nam Department of Natural Resources and Environment on November 22, 2023.
Form of land allocation: Land allocation without land use fee collection.
Land allocation method: Land allocation without auction of land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land (the above land allocation area has been decided by Duy Tien Town People's Committee to recover land and complete compensation and site clearance).
After completing all investment and construction of the project, the Duy Tien Town Construction Investment Project Management Board is responsible for reporting to the Duy Tien Town People's Committee to direct the handover of all land areas and construction works invested in according to the approved Project, putting the land areas and construction works into use in accordance with the provisions of law.
