According to Lao Dong reporter, on November 1, the Ha Nam Province Property Auction Service Center and the Center for Information, Data and Land Fund Development will organize an auction of land use rights to implement the investment project to build the Eastern Residential Area of Kien Khe town (Thanh Liem district).
According to the announcement, the total area of residential land auctioned to implement the project is 81,400m2, including the area of land use rights auctioned of 35,170.3m2 of residential land, and the area of land not auctioned of land use rights is 46,229.7m2.
Of which, the technical infrastructure land area is 1,085.9m2, the public works land area (cultural house) is 687m2, the green land area for sports and water landscape is 8,688.1m2, the internal traffic land area is 30,919.4m2, the land area for National Highway 1 avoiding Phu Ly City is 4,849.3m2.
The total starting price of the auctioned land is more than 114,808 billion VND, the deposit is more than 22.96 billion VND.
Investors who win the auction for land use rights must carry out investment and construction according to the detailed construction plan approved by the Provincial People's Committee and the investment policy for the project to invest in the construction of the Eastern Residential Area of Kien Khe town, Thanh Liem district approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
Accordingly, the investment in the construction of 61 housing units (accounting for 20.3% of the total number of land plots), construction density of 80%, height of 5 floors; investment in construction of technical infrastructure works; investment in social infrastructure works, the total investment of the project is more than 224,521 billion VND.
The investor who wins the project auction will carry out investment, land, construction, environment procedures, construction of infrastructure and works on land, acceptance, completion of the project and putting it into use before the second quarter of 2028.
Time for selling documents and receiving registration to participate in the auction from October 1, 2024 to before 10:00 on October 21, 2024.
The auction will be held on the morning of November 1, 2024 at the 5th floor hall (Department of Justice of Ha Nam province).
