The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued 2 decisions on land allocation in Soc Son district: Decision No. 1790/QD-UBND on land allocation to the Soc Son District People's Committee to implement the project of Construction of technical infrastructure for land auction for land use rights in Thanh Nhan village, Thanh Xuan commune, Soc Son district; Decision No. 1791/QD-UBND on land allocation to the Soc Son District People's Committee to implement the project of Construction of technical infrastructure for rural residential areas in Tang Long village, Viet Long commune, Soc Son district.
In Decision No. 1790/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee assigned the Soc Son District People's Committee 6,212 m2 of land. Including 563 m2 of green land for sports; 5,649 m2 of land for traffic routes and parking lots not for business purposes.
The location, boundary, and area of the land are determined on the 1/500 scale adjusted master plan map prepared by Tam Viet Cultural Construction and Design Consulting Company Limited in 2018, which has been approved by the People's Committee of Soc Son district. The boundary coordinates were handed over by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) on June 20, 2019.
In Decision No. 1791/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee assigned the Soc Son District People's Committee 6,120.1m2 of land. Including 825.6 m2 of green land; 5,294.5 m2 of traffic land.
The location, boundary, and area of the land are determined on the 1/500 scale adjusted master plan map prepared by Tam Viet Cultural Construction and Design Consulting Company Limited in 2023, which has been approved by the People's Committee of Soc Son district. The boundary coordinates were handed over by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) on December 4, 2023.
