The City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 4850/QD-UBND dated September 24, 2025 on the establishment of a Steering Committee to implement the campaign to enrich and clean up the land database of Hanoi City.
According to the Decision, the Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the campaign to enrich and clean up land databases (Steering Committee) is Mr. Nguyen Trong Dong - Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee. The Deputy Director is Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dai - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The members of the Steering Committee include Mr. Nguyen Minh Tan - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Duong Duc Hai - Major General - Deputy Director of the City Police; Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Huong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; Mr. Nguyen Chi Doan - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Hoang Van Bang - Deputy Director of the City Public Administration Service Center.
The Steering Committee is responsible for organizing and directing the implementation of the campaign and directing the working group to carry out the task. Inspect and guide the People's Committees of communes and wards to implement the campaign.
Direct the review and restructuring of land administrative processes and procedures, reduce paper file components; exploit available data in land databases, national population databases and other databases to handle land administrative procedures for people and businesses. Organize to ensure the safety and security of information and data. Actively propagate and disseminate the campaign during the implementation process until the end of the project.
